Sun-up JP : Appointment of new executives
Dear valued customers and partners,
We, Sun-up Corporation, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. So SASAKI, professor of Chuo University, Faculty of Economics, as new non-executive director. It’s inevitable for us to tackle SDGs, ESG, carbon neutral more comprehensively. Moreover, we’re forced to innovate ourselves promptly through facing with COVID-19, which transformed our circumstances completely. We aim to seek advice about various policies, technologies trend with regard to our waste management and recycling businesses.
We, all new management and associates of Sun-up Corporation, keep on aiming to maximize company value for the customers, partners, environment and society through engaging and expanding our business.
This new appointment was approved and effective at extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on 2nd August 2021.
