Mr. Sugiyama CEO of Sun-up Corporation (Thailand) Limited and Dr.​​ So SASAKI, professor of Chuo University, Faculty of Economics co-authored and contributed the article for the Japanese Chamber of Commerce, Bangkok in July 2024. This article discusses amended regulations about the responsibility of waste generators and its countermeasures with regard to industrial waste in Thailand. It elaborates on key issues of this amendment that has been implemented since November 2023. Moreover, it suggests practical countermeasures for specific examples.
